Design Build

Fast track schedules and stringent budgets are needs addressed in this contract format. The project team of Client, Contractor, and Architect is established from the beginning. Critical value engineering work is a team effort from concept to turnover. Budgets are maintained by transferring risk to the contractor prior to completion of the design.

Cost Plus Administrative Fee

Flexible design requirements and unique phasing needs are handled simply in this contract format. The contractor is available early in the process in order to develop budgets for various design objectives and to provide valuable option pricing. Final drawings are generated and the project is completed on an "open book" basis. 

Competitive Bid

A lump sum contract provides the client with the confidence that the resources required to complete the project will remain unchanged throughout the process. The client works with a design firm/architect in order to develop project documents with which to secure pricing. Construction Solutions provides extremely competitive pricing in both the public and private sectors.
